Dear Scouting Leader:

Thank you for considering Camp Rock Enon for your summer camp destination!  Please refer to this LEADER'S GUIDE which will provide you information about resources, programs, and activities that will help you "deliver the promise" to the Scouts in your Unit.

NOTE: Early Bird discount fee has been extended to June 1, 2021. 

Please note a few important key items:

  1. A unit reservation fee of $100 is due upon reservation.  We accept checks online, Paypal, and credit cards as a form of payment. Payment is due at checkout (if it is on/before the due date)!
  2. A $50/person deposit is due by January 15th, 2021.  Once that fee is paid, you will be able to enter your merit badge schedule for your Scouts.
  3. All Adventure Camps (Virginia Rendezvous & 8 Face Adventure) fees are all due by April 15, 2021.
  4. Camperships for In Council Scouts are due into the office by April 15, 2021
  5. To receive the Early Bird Fee, all fees are to be paid in full by June 1, 2021.  
  6. Merit Badge signup is CLOSED at this time and will reopen on May 17, 2021 with PRIORITY given to Units/Scouts that are paid in full by April 15, 2021. 
  7. Campsite requests may be considered by emailing CRECampdirector@scouting.org of your requested campsite.  However, Camp Rock Enon does reserve the right to change your requested site based upon needs and/or numbers of people attending Camp.
  8. Before adding Adult Leaders, please note the following:
    1. According to National Boy Scouts of America policy, All adults attending a week long Resident Camp Program must be registered with the Boy Scouts of America and have current Youth Protection Training.  You will be required to enter this information into your registration before you can continue.
  9. Please refer to our Summer Camp Refund Policy for any refund questions.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation cancellations after April 15th undermine our ability to provide this quality program. Request for refunds are to be made to the Shenandoah Area Council. NO refund requests will be accepted after 7 days following the end of the unit's week of camp. ABSOLUTELY NO registrations will be accepted after June 15th.
