First Year Arrowman Award

A First-Year Arrowman (FYA) who completes the requirements listed on the FORM, prior to the next year's corresponding Ordeal, will be awarded the Shenshawpotoo Loge First-Year Arrowman Award (FYAA).  As the FYA works to earn this award, he will make new friends, find new interests, and begin a life of service that is the hallmark of the Order of the Arrow.  This FYAA matches the Shenshawpotoo Lodge Totem and is designed to be pinned on the Lodge flap to signify the FYA's achievement.  Eligibility to earn the FYAA begins at the first OA Summer Camp Ordeal weekend.
